A. Physical Products

2. Non-Refundable Items (Hygiene Policy)
For hygiene and safety reasons, all haircare and beauty products (including shampoo) are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods
f an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will review and may offer a replacement or refund.We reserve the right to refuse claims submitted after this period or without sufficient evidence.
4. Delivery
Delivery times may vary. Delays may occur due to courier or external factors beyond our control. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Items delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information are not eligible for refund or replacement.

B. Digital Gift Cards
1. Delivery
Digital gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. No physical card will be issued.
2. Usage
Gift cards may be redeemed toward services or products at our salon, subject to availability. Gift cards: Must be presented at the time of use (email confirmation/code) Cannot be exchanged for cash Cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards

3. Validity
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused value expires at the end of the validity period.

4. Non-Refundable
Digital gift card purchases are non-refundable.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced gift cards. Please ensure the email address is correct before purchasing. Gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
